Meet ‘Pitching My Oar’ the first single from the Touchstones debut album “Picking Up Loose Ends”.

It’s had a long gestation period! Written in the 90s when The Touchstones were Saturnalia, and gigged extensively in the London clubs, Gavin recorded a demo which was never released.

Fast forward 25 or so years and The Touchstones are back with a new, improved version. The lyrics, bitching about the shallow, contrived ‘style over content’ nature of modern entertainment are certainly no less true now…
